That’s why we’ve created a clear and fair Refund and Returns Policy to ensure your satisfaction, while also respecting the energetic integrity and fragility of our crystal items.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You notify us within 24 Hours of receiving your order
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging
- You provide photo & video evidence of the issue (in case of damage or incorrect item)
If your request meets these conditions, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund—whichever is most suitable based on the situations
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the unique nature of crystals and energy-sensitive items, we do not accept returns for the following:
- Natural variations in color, shape, or size (each crystal is one-of-a-kind)
- Items showing signs of wear or use
- Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items
- Clearance or sale items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards or downloadable content (if applicable)
Crystals often have natural imperfections like inclusions, minor cracks, or irregular shapes. These are not flaws—they are part of their authentic, raw beauty and energy.
How to Request a Return or Refund
If you believe there’s an issue with your order, please follow these steps within 24 Hours of delivery:
- Email us at: info@magicryst.com
- Include your Order Number in the subject line
- Provide a detailed description of the issue
- Attach photos & videos of the item and packaging as received
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–4 business days with the next steps.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for return shipping.
If the return is due to customer preference (such as change of mind), return shipping will be at the customer’s expense, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items must be packaged securely to avoid further damage. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Refund Method: Original method of payment
- Processing Time: 5–10 business days after approval
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued
If you paid via a third-party platform (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal, Cashfree), please allow additional time depending on their refund processing policies.
Exchanges
We are happy to replace items if they are defective, damaged during transit, or if the wrong item was sent. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we may offer a similar product, store credit, or a refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order as long as the item has not been shipped. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at info@magicryst.com with your Order Number.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be lost or marked as “delivered” but not received, please follow these steps:
- Check with neighbors, building security, or delivery access points
- Contact the courier with your tracking number
- If unresolved, email us at info@magicryst.com
We’ll assist with tracking the package and filing claims with the courier if needed. Please note that we are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect address input by the customer
